I hereby grant permission to Breno Italy International Music Academy (BIIMA) and its representatives to take photographs or videos of me and to make recordings of my performance. I further grant to BIIMA and its representatives the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast and distribute these images and recordings in any media now known or later developed for promoting, publicizing or explaining BIIMA and its activities and for administrative, educational or research purposes. Photographs, video images and voice recordings are the property of BIIMA.

I hereby consent in any and all activities prepared by BIIMA during the program. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless BIIMA and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to myself arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from BIIMA’s program. In case of injury, I hereby waive all claims against BIIMA including all teachers and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all activities. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of voice injuries, fractures, paralysis, or death.

I understand that all fees paid to BIIMA are non-refundable, but transferable if I find someone to replace me. This includes fees for tuition, extras, excursions, bus fares and room upgrades.

I understand that I must inform BIIMA of any relevant medical information which may affect a student’s health or ability to participate in the course, including any allergies and/or medication needs. I must advise BIIMA of any special dietary needs.

*If you do not inform us of a relevant medical condition or if the student requires regular supervision for medical reasons, BIIMA may send the student home. In these circumstances there will be no refund of
fees and you must pay the full cost of the student’s return travel.

I understand that as a BIIMA student, I am required to arrange full insurance cover for valuable items of property, particularly laptops, iPads etc.

* BIIMA does not accept responsibility for theft or loss or damage to student property. Students will be asked to pay for any damage they cause to property or equipment. The Course Director’s decision in such cases is final.

Also known as Acts of God, certain events and occurrences are outside of BIIMAs control and BIIMA does not accept liability for such events that may disrupt the course or the student’s travel. Fees are
non-refundable in case of Force Majeure.
